Usually it happens this way... after years of positive attitude with regard to raising children, you and your spouse are finally going to leave the kids with your parents and fly to Sonoma for the weekend to attend the wedding of whatshername, whom you haven't really spoken much to since college, but you welcome the vacation to somewhere new. Then, it strikes you as you wake up at 3 am sweating bullets when you realize that neither you nor your significant other have ever drafted a will, and you have never flown before together, without the kids... and there are no instructions as to what should happen to your children or your possessions if something should happen to you...
We can work up some simple wills for the two of you, to give you the peace of mind to blow off your responsibilities for the weekend and attend that wedding where you know that you will never see the bride again. If you are flying first-class or private, we can even work on some estate planning issues too.
But please, feel free to bring back a nice bottle of wine for me.
Please feel free to contact me at any time.
